- Organisation — optional, to understand who is using the hub

We do not collect payment information, sensitive personal data, or any information about minors.
3. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used solely for the following purposes:
- Managing your access to the Coaching Resource Hub
- Sending you your access password and account-related notifications
- Understanding how the hub is being used so we can improve it
- Communicating with you about your coaching resources if you have consented

4. How We Store Your Data
Registration data is stored locally within your browser's storage on the device used to access the hub. Email communications are managed via EmailJS, a third-party email delivery service. Please review EmailJS's privacy policy for details of their data handling.

We retain your registration information for as long as you are an active user of the Coaching Resource Hub. If you request deletion or your access is revoked, your data will be removed from our records within 30 days.

This notice is provided in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Koinonia Educational Ltd is the Data Controller for personal data collected through the SRU Executive Coaching Resource Hub.

International Transfers
Your data is processed within the UK and EEA. Email delivery is handled by EmailJS (US-based), which maintains Standard Contractual Clauses for international data transfers. No other international transfers take place.
Retention Period
Personal data is retained for the duration of your active registration. Upon written request for erasure, or upon access being revoked, data will be deleted within 30 days.
Right to Complain
If you believe your data has been handled unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO):
We would, however, appreciate the opportunity to address any concern before you contact the ICO.
Consent Withdrawal
You may withdraw your consent and request deletion of your account at any time by emailing simon@koinonia-educational.com. Withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
